Summer Arts Festival

My mom and I took the kids down to the summer arts festival today. We had so much fun, they had a lot of great stuff and we even got to see Aunt Fluffy and Mare Bear! Jackson was with us - he just didn't really do anything fun so he didn't get his picture taken... :)

we've had some lazy summer days lately and the kids have had fun - being kids!

Elkhorn Days!

This last weekend was Elkhorn Days and Saturday morning Matt and I and the kids walked in the parade for Bosley Creative. It was actually a lot of fun and good to get the Bosley Creative name out there. Jackson slept through the entire thing, Madison laid back and waved at everyone and Kobe ran his little heart out passing out candy - they all did great - even Daddy who was a great sport about the entire thing.
Kobe and I went to the moving wall on Sunday that is honor of everyone who lost their life in the Vietnam War. It was pretty cool to see and Kobe even found the only Bosley listed out of 58000 names.

My Day with Merdy

Some of you have met Meredith - my "little" girl I used to babysit from the time she turned one. The McCormick family became like family to us and have stayed good friends of all us after moving from Winterburn Rd. I am starting to do senior pictures and wanted some examples from my site so we spent the morning galavanting around town doing her "faux senior pictures" ( she is only 16 and won't graduate until 2010). She is by far the most gorgeous girl I have ever seen and her personality makes her even prettier! I had a great time getting to catch up on her life, her boyfriend, her sisters, and she even taught me the meaning of the work "emo"... I have never felt so old and out of touch!

I even caught some "tear-jerkers" of her and Kobe together.

Kobe found a baby frog - I couldn't even believe how tiny it was!! It literally was about the size of Kobe's fingertip. If you click on the picture you can see it better.

Jack's new moves

Jackson learned to crawl up the stairs on Monday and now that is all he wants to do - which is making mommy very tired!!! :)

Father's Day!!

Unfortunately Madison came down with a fever of 103.5 while we were gone so we headed back early Sunday morning. We thought she was all better so we took her on a picnic with my parents, but she got worse as it got later - so we spent the rest of the day resting. Daddy still managed some snuggle time with the babies through out the day and took Kobe to his baseball game.
